Payment of accommodation tariff constitutes the client's acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to debit your credit card for any undue cleaning and damages caused by you to items, furniture, building, stains to walls and floors etc.
All damages must be reported immediately and paid for at cost.
We also reserve the right to debit your credit card for missing items after an inventory check has been completed.
Bookings cancelled seven days or less, a one night cancellation fee will apply or 25% of the total amount for longer stays unless another booking is taken for the entire period of the cancellation. A $30 cancellation fee will then apply.
All bookings require a deposit for confirmation.
